Every winter the WorldTour moves to this coast. Rates and Cumbre del Sol are on the doorstep, ten routes are signposted from the gate, and the whole estate is yours alone.

Quiet, well-surfaced inland roads and a coast road that is easy to avoid. Not one kilometre here is truly flat — and in February 2026 the Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana crossed Rates and El Miserat.
