So this package includes the entire 9-bedroom main villa + the 2-bedroom annex including the possibility of adding up to 4 extra beds. This can sleep up to 28 adults and up to 5 small children (in cots).

What's included in your booking ? What not ?

Included

 

  • Making up the beds with bed linen according to the bedding arrangements communicated by you (via the form that will be sent to you by e-mail at the latest 10 days before arrival).
     

  • Arranging extra beds, cots and high chairs as indicated on the form.
     

  • We provide name tags per room so that each group member can easily find his or her assigned room.
     

  • (white) Bath towels (1 large and 1 small per person) and (blue) pool towels (1 large per person)
     

  • 1 hairdryer per bathroom
     

  • Tokens for air conditioning (only for rentals of at least 1 week : € 200 when renting the main building )
     

  • Final cleaning

Not included
 

  • Collecting all used bed and bath linen on the day of departure (collect on the kitchen floor of each unit)
     

  • The collection and removal of all waste (including bathroom waste bins) to the waste containers located 120 m from the villa
     

  • Putting back all furniture if moved
     

  • Clearing the BBQ should you have used it
     

  • Extra airco coins (if you would use more than the delivered package) you have to provide yourself (= € 1 and / or € 2 pieces)
     

  • Inflatable mattresses or pool toys
     

  • Food / drink / toilet paper / dishwashing products / bathroom products / charcoal for the BBQ etc....

House rules

  • Do not move luggage to the first floor via the inside stairs. For this, you are required to use the outside stairs.
     

  • No leaving food lying around outside and take out the bins daily (we want to avoid unwanted visitors)
     

  • No loud music after 10 p.m.
     

  • No pets allowed
     

  • No smoking in the building
