Villa Palmview is a unique villa made up of three wings. The wings share the central hall, but each has its own front door, kitchen, lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms. Each wing carries its own name and character — discover them below.
The villa is always rented as a whole, so every space is exclusively yours — never strangers at the pool or on the beach on the estate.
Light, wood and herringbone floors — this is usually where the early risers end up.
The roomiest sitting area in the house, a proper children’s room with a bunk bed and a cot.
Spanish and rustic: beamed ceilings, a fireplace, marble floors and a terrace of its own facing the Montgó.
More than a villa
In Spain, life naturally happens outdoors — especially on this private estate with its outdoor kitchen, pool, own beach and playful extras for entertainment, with the iconic Montgó mountain as the backdrop. Before you know it, a whole day has passed here.

Amenities
A large salt pool with sun loungers and pool towels — heating available for mid- and low-season weeks.
Each wing has its own kitchen, lounge with Smart TV, and indoor and outdoor dining — plus a separate casita on the lower level. One house, always rented as a whole.
An outside kitchen, a large BBQ area and long tables on the terraces for meals that stretch into the evening.

Location
Jávea (Xàbia) is one of the Costa Blanca's most loved towns: a historic centre, a working port, sandy Arenal beach and a coastline of hidden coves. The villa sits on Camí de la Fontana, an easy walk from the Arenal — while the Montgó massif rises as the backdrop, a mountain view that changes colour all day long.
