Check-in & Check-out
To ensure a smooth service for all our guests, here are the check-in and check-out arrangements:

Check-in for new guests is scheduled on the day of arrival at 4 p.m.
Check-out for existing guests is scheduled on the day of departure at 10 a.m.

These times can only be deviated from in these cases :
1) by payment of an additional supplement and
2) can only be allowed if no subsequent stay is foreseen.

In order to arrange this further, each (main) guest will receive a form 10 days before arrival in which an early check-in or late check-out can be requested. We will be able to give a final approval 7 days before arrival (as availability can change last minute).

If a different check-in or check-out is allowed, we are obliged to charge a small supplement, as there are extra costs involved (longer use of sanitary facilities, electricity, water, coordination of the concierge and cleaning team etc....).

We want to be very transparent about this, so we list the supplements below (attention ! service only available after our confirmation)
Early check-in
(before 4 p.m.)

between 9 a.m. & 1 p.m. : + € 100

between 1 p.m. & 4 p.m. : free
Late check-out
(after 10 a.m.)

between 11 a.m. & 1 p.m. : + € 100

between 1 p.m. & 3 p.m. : + € 250

between 3 p.m. & 9 p.m. : + € 500
Supplements are payable immediately in cash at check-in to our manager on site.

Attention ! If you only wish to leave luggage for later collection, this is equivalent to a late check-out or early check-in as you must be in possession of the keys during this period to ensure access to the luggage. The above rates are in effect in this case.

Dear guest.
Here you can consult the checklist that will be used at check-out. It contains, among other things, information about additional costs that may be charged in case of damage and what we expect from you as a guest in preparation for your departure. Please go through it before check-out for a perfect handling of your holiday.
