Who can participate?

This contest is open to all participants aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Participants must have a public Instagram account to enter the contest.
How to participate?
To enter the contest, participants must post a photo on their public Instagram account showing Villa PalmView, and use the hashtag #villapalmview2023 in the description. Each participant can submit multiple entries, but duplicate entries will not be counted. By entering the competition, participants agree to comply with the rules and regulations set out herein.
How is the winner selected?
The winner will be determined based on the number of likes their photo receives in which the hashtag #villapalmview2023 is used. The photo with the most likes will be declared the winner on 10 January 2024. In case of a tie, the winner will be randomly selected from the tied entries.
What is the prize?
The winner will receive a free 2-night stay at Villa PalmView for up to 18 guests. The prize must be utilised within 4 months of being awarded. The exact dates of the stay are subject to availability and must be mutually agreed between the winner and Villa PalmView management. The prize includes the cost of accommodation only and does not cover transport, meals, cleaning and linen or other expenses during the stay. This prize cannot be cumulated with other promotions.
How to claim the prize if I am the winner?
The winner will be notified via an Instagram Direct Message. The winner must respond to the notification within 30 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, another winner will be selected.
Will you use my photos?
By entering the competition, participants grant Villa PalmView the right to repost and share their submitted photos on Villa PalmView's social media channels and website, crediting the original photographer.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Villa PalmView reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the contest rules or contains inappropriate or offensive content. Villa PalmView reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time and without notice, for any reason.
